End of season summary
Many thanks to ALL of the second team, including those vital extras and of course ian jenkins our umpire, who overall made this season truly an enjoyable experience.  We managed to battle through extremely well against all the odds and achieve an adequate position on the table(7th), a slight improvement on last season(8th).  I honestly thought we were doomed from the start when we lost our goalkeeper, but on reflection we did better than expected considering we relied on field players to stand in as goalie.  Thanks to those inexperienced goalkeepers who put themselves forward for the important position(mike nutt, onion, andy appleby, pete mitchell), you all really did do a marvellous job.
Bring on next season and a higher league position hey lads.
